HELP! 50th Birthday Party - what do I need?

I'm on the back end of DS party and DD party in the last two weeks, going into Christmas, swiftly followed by DH 50th!

We've booked a beautiful rim on a very nice gastrointestinal for extended family, will be 24 in total.

He's a kid at heart and we're having a Miami vice theme. I don't want to go OTT, but what need for a nod to this theme?

Costumes
Maybe a prop on people's place setting - neon sunglasses?
Balloons (flamingos around the room?)
A photo montage on loop (there's a screen)

What else might i need??

I'm partied out and need a last push to get through this one!
