HELP 5yo birthday party, low numbers

Due to my own ineptitude (small baby causing me to send invitations way too late) my daughter only has 3 other kids coming to her party at my house this Friday afternoon. One of the mums is a dance teacher and will very kindly teach them a dance for a few minutes. I was going to to pass the parcel/musical bumps but with so few children it just won't work! I've got a piñata and there will be food, what else can I do in that time to make it feel more of a party? I feel awful.

Some kind of craft activity? making crowns with stickers etc
Decorating biscuits? Pack of rich tea and some icing tubes and lots of hundreds/thousands, sprinkles etc

Pass the parcel would still work.

My 5yo is mad for Fimo or air dry modelling clay. Could you order some from Amazon and clear a space where they could make models- good to take home?
Or balloons: stick the balloons to yhe wall challenge: rub on jumpers and see whose stays up longest.
Or collaborative den building? Pretend sleepover with pjs and a film and popcorn?
I think i would treat it as more of a special playdate than to have too many organised activities. My 5yo loves the chance of unstructured play with buddies! Good luck!

4 children is fine for a party. Pass the parcel is fine, how about a treasure hunt so they can work as a team?

Depending on your energy levels with small baby it might be possible to pick up items in different colour (or put a different sticker on) for each child amd set up a treasure hunt for their party bag swag. Would take ip last 15 mins or so. So give each a cute bag (poundland/Wilkos) and each has to find the bubbles/haribo/pencil with eg a gold star/pink dot on. (And have spares in case any lost forever!)

Pls do not panic and there is no need for you to feel awful. 4 is fine to celebrate a birthday. My daughter had 3 friends at her 4th Birthday and after her 5th birthday where she had over 20 she has asked for her 6th birthday to be just like her 4th...small and at home. Kids can be easily pleased. At the time we did pass the parcel. I had a craft, I picked up doll colouring kits from HobbyCraft; and a few other games but it was summer and they happily spent most of the time just playing together with her toys; and in the garden (in and out of the trampoline). Another vote for biscuit decorating and a treasure hunt. In your shoes, I will use the pinata for party bags. Keep it simple and fun.
