Extra special 18th Birthday

My daughter will have her 18th birthday on her grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. There is to be a family party for the grandparents (after a wedding vow reaffirmation ceremony in the church that they married in) and my daughter will be there. How can I make the day really special for her too? She doesn't want to bring any friends of her own age for company preferring to celebrate with them on another evening. I don't have a clue what to buy her for a present either. Has any one got any wonderful, inspiring ideas?
