gifts ideas for dh's 43rd birthday

Can someone suggest birthday gift ideas? I have bought almost everything possible he likes (or wants) for Christmas. His birthday is next week. I have been researching for quite sometime but can't find anything special.
I have already bought him sweaters, books, skincare (travel pack) products for Christmas. He has got nice speakers and gym wear in sale.
I was thinking of cufflinks but he rarely wears them. I researched drones (proper ones over my budget), shower speakers, etc. All of them seem to have some bad reviews. I am completely lost.
My budget is within 200. dh likes dogs (we don't have any) sports, gadgets, travelling, cooking, music, candles etc. We live in London.
I would really appreciate your ideas.
