Are you hosting it at home?

I am doing similar next month (although I'm not planning on lighting the BBQ with that many small people charging around) and I'm doing pulled pork in the slow cooker with brioche rolls, plenty of sausages and Nigella's maple chicken with thigh fillets. For side dishes I'm roasting a heap of new potatoes then throwing together a few salads and some garlic bread.

I did have a much longer and more complicated menu worked out but I have a tendency to over cater both in terms of quantity and sophistication and I'm trying to reduce my stress levels and the food waste this time.

Great, than slow cooker and things you can cook in advance will be a big help.

I would add garlic bread too, I tend to cook some French fries and fish fingers/chicken nuggets in oven if we have little ones over for BBQ too.
