Lush parties-any good?

Wondering about a Lush party for DD's 12th birthday. She has 5 close friends she would want to invite.

Wondering if anyone has experienced these/are they any good/which package -fun and games or beauty school-you had/would recommend?

Plus any top tips?
Thanks very much!

My daughter had beauty school for her 13th. She and all her friends loved it.
They did face masks, made bath bombs and learned a lot as well as having fun. They all got a £10 voucher to spend too

Hatty thanks so much. Was it after the store closed? Did you have to spend extra to get the making kits? Did you take party food?

Yes dd went to one as a guest and had a great time. Not sure what the package was but they made a bath bomb to take home.. The store was closed. They didn't have food (think they may have gone for pizza before?). What made it were the staff who were utterly fab.

Staff also fab at ours. Agree that made it extra special 😊
Our store has an upstairs so parties held when it's open. We didn't have food there, that was back at our house, don't think that would have been possible there.
I think we may have had to pay extra for the bath bombs but to be honest I can't quite remember.... it was quite expensive (lots of them!) but I think it was worth it. It's an 'in between' age and this type of party is fun as well as kind-of-grown-up

Thanks so much both. I agree, it's such a tricky age! Sounds like it would be ideal then.
