Ice Breaker Type Games for 12 Year Old Girls

My niece is having her 12th birthday party at a small cinema. She has invited about 15 friends ( all girls) from her old school, her current school and her dancing class. She is keen to play a couple of games that will get the three groups of girls mixing before they start the film. Does anyone know any fun games that could get the party moving? They will have the theatre to themselves and there is a reasonable amount of space to move around.

A good idea is to set up a selfie booth...not an actual booth but a table with some funny accessories like hats, feather boas, moustaches on sticks and so on...glasses...and some frames to hold up ...you can make or buy these. If making, just buy some thick card and cut out what looks like a fancy picture frame with some whirls and scrolls on it...spray it gold....

Then as the girls arrive, sort into three teams of five...try to mix them up...and set each team a photo challenge.

1st challenge "Take a photo of you all looking shocked"
2nd challenge "Take a photo of you all being an animal"
3rd challenge "Take a selfie with you all acting like a shy girl
4th Challenge "Take a pic of each team member on their own acting like they're dead.

And so on. Make sure they know that they don't have to use the accessories for every pic...or have loads of accessories so they're not all arguing over the best bits and pieces...maybe set up three piles of accessories.

With the challenges print a list...the same list...on three pieces of paper so they all get one for each team. Before they start, you can tell them to use one designated phone...so that they're not all trying to take the pics at the same time...or even hand them disposable cameras which afterwards, you can mark with each teams' name and when developed, they can have a copy of the best shots.

Sorry barefoot and violet , I am stealing these ideas for my dd's party for bit mixed age guests, some of whom don't know each other. Brilliant, thanks.
