Stuck for ideas here. 45 years = sapphire. I don't want to spend hundreds of pounds on sapphires that only my mum will appreciate and my dad is not going to wear sapphire cufflinks!
I have bought a Ruby Rose before so don't want to look like I'm doing the same.
