Hiya - has anyone got one? I don't know how much more mixture I need cos i've only ever made a 7" one...thanks x

Pur some water into the 7" tin and measure it; then pour it into the 10 " tin and see how much you need to scale up.
Assuming you do a 3 egg cake for a 7" (2 sandwich tins?) then you would probabbly want at least a 6 egg, 12 oz flour/butter/sugar cake for the 10" tin.
