Marquee flooring

We're borrowing a marquee for a party next weekend, but could do with ideas for budget flooring.

Any thoughts? I know it's possible to hire coir matting, but we're wondering if it would be cheaper and easier to buy a carpet remnant.

The garden and marquee area isn't huge - about 4m by 3m at a guess.

Thanks

If its only 4m x 3m I would phone around some carpet shops and see whats the cheapest offcut of that size they could offer. Maybe even just an underlay type covering?

Try the cheapo big chains (Carpetright?) but also smaller local companies. They may even have a damaged, marked or faulty offcut
