10th party - "I'm a celebrity get me out of here" - game ideas

My DD came up with this theme for her 10th party (although has never seen the programme) and at the time I thought it had quite a lot of potential. Now I'm coming to actual planning am starting to panic - clearly can't actually make them eat worms etc... so how to make it still "cool" whilst not actually painful/embarassing/uncomfortable?! We have some ideas e.g. some blindfolded tasting of foods (which aren't actually that bad e.g. jelly worms), some blindfolded obstacle courses, etc....but any other ideas (pref which could be done indoors, don't mind if house gets messy and we have a largish room we can clear and use) would be v welcome!!! Thanks...

You can order chocolate covered ants etc from the Internet, it depends how brave the kids are.
Also get them to put there hands in fairly revolting feeling stuff (jelly, baked beans, cooked spagetti) to pull out stars - if you haven't seen iacgmooh it's collecting the stars that "earn" meals (or possibly goodie bags), you'll also need to crown a king or queen of the jungle.
