Hi,

I'm thinking of doing a party for my soon to be 5 year old - as "friends" tend to change from day to day am thinking of inviting whole class- am I mad ???

Also (!) - thinking of having entertainer /disco at local venue - would you do the food half way point or at end of entertainer - I can't decide but thought if they had food at half way point being 4 /5 they may take too long/not bother and would miss out on entertainer ?

& do you really have to do party bags ?

yes to whole class

entertainment then food

yes to party bags/something to take home

make sure you have the class list with everyone's contact number
make it clear on the invites if you expect parents to stay or not

Have food near the end, after the entertainer, and then have something for them to do after the food until home time, or they can just run around.

Yes, invite whole class. Expect siblings to come as well, especially if parents are staying. I prefer parents to stay, so I used to welcome siblings but I know not everyone feels the same

And yes, party bags will be needed. Something small like a cone of sweeties will go down extremely well.

We did entertainer then food (entertainer did tatoos whilst they were eating) then some more dancing.
