For the past 3 years we have held a halloween party at home for dd and a few of her friends. They were kept entertained with craft activities, pass the parcel, the mummy game and the like. This year we have decided to invite a few of the neighbours as well, which will mean the guests will range in age from baby to 70 years old. Not having been to a halloween party with adults for many years, is the usual thing to involve the adults in the games etc or just keep them plied with beer and wine?

We had ahuge halloween party last year and it was soooooo much fun. We got all the adults to dress up, laid on some food and drink and decorated the house. We didn't get the adults playing games (I think getting them to dress up was enough) and everyone had a really good time. We will definatly be doing it again in the future.

give them the option but don't make them feel obliged to play games - some will want to join in, others will just be there to be plied with wine!
