Ds has his 10th birthday party on Sat. He is having 5 friends round for a cooking and lego challenge party (!) At least two of the Mums of these boys are very anti Coke/Pepsi. Can anyone think of anything exciting I could make ( or they could make) to drink. Not smoothies, as my blender has expired. i dont think it matters if theres a bit of fizz in there somewhere ( and we have three large bottles of lemonade in the garage that need to be drunk)Wink.

Just offer lemo then. Or water Grin

Actually, what about ice-cream floater things - you put a scoop of ice-cream on and it blends in. YUM!

lemonade float is the correct term (or coke float, but you can't serve them!)

hmm, to make I don't know (other than easy food colouring and lemonade! Grin)

I was going ot say that the appletiser range is quite good - not many nasties in there (have even given it to dd1 on occasion!)

otherwise, when we do Pimms, the girls get to have Sprite with chopped up fruit in - labour intensive though! (obv worth it for us as we get Pimms out of it Grin)

Ice cream floaters are a great idea but theyre constructing their own sundaes for pudding, so may be too much ice cream. Could provide a few different fruit juices and they can make their own fizzy drink - would fot with the overall do it yourself theme!
