Any way I can protect a 2 month old`s ears from loud noise at a party?

Its my 40th and my baby will be 8 weeks old then.

Too young to stay at GPs, but too young for loud noise. Can you buy ear defenders for babies that small?

I got some Peltor kids ear defenders for my DD and we took her to the cinema with us and a wedding that had very loud music. She slept through most of the film and it put my mind at rest at the reception too.
They look big and funny, but what do they know and should last til 7 years old. She wont wear them now though!

Happy Birthday!

We got sone of the peltor's too (cheap on ebay) to take our DS to the summer festivals. He is 14 months but I think they are ok from birth. Surprisingly he only pulled them off a couple of times

Can you nominate a very calm, experiences, trustworthy, teetotal friend or relative to be "on call" for DD if she gets upsets?

At DH's birthday a lovely older woman took charge of DD - she was quite a bit larger than me, and DD loved the huge expense of soft bosom.
