... been sick! Just brought up milk sometimes as a baby, but she has never been "properly" sick! Neither has dd, who is just two.

Are we very much the exception?

My DD was first sick around 4, she puked up everywhere. She was very calm about it and didn't mind the grey sick shooting out of her mouth and into practically every single room!

She hasn't been sick often since, just when she eats loads of junk food or fizzy drinks at her nans house!

DS has only been sick once or twice, he is 3.4.

I think you and your kids have been quite lucky not to be sick yet. Kids seem to deal with it really well, much better than I do anyway! Clearing it up is no fun either!

Well, kid, seems like we are the exception! Or rather our children!

just hope you are prepared for when she does get sick.
I work in a school and if one of the children vomit, I disappear, quickly! I can just about deal with my own kids sick.

(not that I'm wishing it on you of course!)

Some kids are just naturally sicky and some aren't - DD1 isn't, I can only remember her throwing up twice in her entire childhood (she is 23 now) - mind you my memory may not be accurate

A possible drawback may be that they don't recognise the feeling on the odd occasion it does arrive, so are more likely than the regular vomiters to decorate the surrounding area with it.

I threw up once (other than in pg) in my life. I had eaten red sweets at about age 5 and... ok, I won't say lol

My ds1 has been sick once in his life, he's nearly 5, but dd and ds2 have never been sick either. I think it must be down to genes or something. I remember once I ate a sausage roll from a pack and they were apparently bad, everyone else who had them got food poisoning, I didn't even feel unwell.

Definitely lucky though, 'cause it's awful, yuck!!

Very lucky,, my dds always sick!! She was never a sicky baby but sometime between 1 and 2 she had a bit of a cough and cold and kept being sick,dr said cos swallowing phlegm, or if any bug going around she doesnt get ill she'll just be sick couple times in the night and then fine the next day, or if she cries too much or once because of a tiny pin prick of blood on her foot she got herself in such a state she was sick! She is just a little bit of a drama queen!
Ds on the other hand has just turned 2 and dont remember him ever being sick. Different dads though so could well be genetic
