DD was attempting to just before her first bday, but properly walking about 2 weeks after.

DS is 13 and 1/2 months and is quite happy crawling and cruising the furniture...

Mine crawled for yonks- I was convinced they'd be early walkers because they were earlyish crawlers and cruisers but they seemed content on hands and knees for ages. I think they were around 14/15 months.

I know he will walk when he is ready bless him, but i do think he looks funny crawling now as his legs are really long and when he stands he is really steady.

My DD did exactly the same as your DD. DS walked at 15 months. He is very tall and it looked quite strange to see him crawling as it didn't look right somehow IYSWIM.

DD was 10 months. She just upped and walked one day. She'd been cruising for a good while before. She didn't really crawl at all.

Ds1 =1yr and 1week old.
Ds2 =15-16 months
Ds3 =God, am I terrible to admit I can't remeber?

I think he walked at about 14months but it could easily have been nearer to 16 month

I'm sitting here trying to remember and I really have no idea.

Thats really bad, isn't it?

He was born in Sept 03 and I can't even remeber if he was walking by Xmas 04.

ds 10 months and he always fell over! had lots of bruises poor lamb!
dd 15 months and never fell once until she was walking for about 2 months , Id much rather they were older like her, less cringing moments!

Ds was 16 1/2 months. He also was an expert at maneouvering. It was great because he was so robust when he started walking that we didnt have nearly as many accidents and bumps as we would have if he'd been an early walker.

ds was 11 months. dd1 13 months. dd2 was 7 and 1/2 months! She never crawled, stood at 6 months, cruised at 7 and was off. It was so strange to see, because she was tiny and still small baby proportions. We have lots of video because I was so fascinated I couldn't stop filming her.

DS1 12.5 months
DS2 13.5 months
Though DS1 was crawling from 7 months and cruising from 9, whereas DS2 didn't move at all until 10.5 months, so I was surprised he walked so soon.
