Hi, I have been using a mothercare baby bath for my daughter but she is getting a bit long for it now (5mnths). We do not have a big bath, only a shower so not quite sure what to do next! Any suggestions?!?

How about taking her in the shower with you? Or pop round to Mum / Best friend / Sister and use their bath?

When we stayed in an apartment with only a shower when DS1 was 14 months or so we bathed him in the kitchen sink.

have you got a plug in your shower? have used this before for the dc. also the kitchen sink.

failing that just hold her in the shower when you have yours.

What about investing in a bath seat that can go in the babybath and then she sits up to bathe? This is the sort of thing I mean on this page

When we stayed in a hotel recently with DD and faced the problem of no bath we put her changing mat on the shower floor and held the shower head in our hand and sprinkled her. She looked a bit surprised on the first evening but was giggling away on the next two evenings.

My parents don't have a bath, just a shower, and when we go to stay with them we use a big plastic storage box in the shower cubicle.
