when i go into ds's room in the morning and he gives me the biggest grin in the world.

when people say how lovely he is

Hearing DS1 turn round and shout very loudly "Bye bye, cya later LOVE YOU TOO" every single day when I drop him at nursery (we'll ignore the fact that he does this before I even step through the main nursery door as he's so keen to go LOL)

Watching DS's run around and laughing with each other

Watching them rush to see daddy when he gets home - and greating him with massive smiles and cuddles.

8pm when they go to bed

What a lovely thread. I love pretty much everthing but my favourite thing is seeing them enjoying life as only children can. Getting so excited by things and discovering the world and their abilities in it. I love it!!!!

I absolutely adore being a mum and everything it brings with it.

I can't even get angry with my two. If I try to tell them off I just end up laughing and giving them the biggest hug because i just love them to bits!!

I love every second that i'm with them becuse everything is such a big adventure to them and it is the most rewarding thing in the world to spend time showing and teaching them something new and how amazed they are at simple things like a butterfly or when you explain how something works and you can see in their little faces how it all suddenly makes sense.

Awww I want to go and wake them up!!!!

most of the time I just love being a mum for everything that its about , but tonight I love being a mum because my children are fast asleep! and for the first time in 2 months I feel tired! Goodbye Insomnia!

JUST THE WAY SHE GIVES OUT LOVE! I LOVE HER INNOCENCE HER OBSESSION WITH BOOKS AND THE OUTDOORS, WITH HORSES, THE WAY SHE POINTS AT EVERYTHING NOW AND SAYS THAT!

Nah, moondog, I don't hear it much these days at all. It's just today I put a tshirt on her my mom sent her. It had a Poo Bear on it, and she pointed right at it and said, 'A bear' w/that Scottish 'e' and 'r'. It sort of took me aback. Also the ways she proclaims, 'Oh dear' or 'Deary me' when she drops something.
