DS is astonishing - his temperature plummets at night and is genuinely cold and wakes ALL THE TIME unless the room is hot. I've never seen anything like it. He's 18 months and sleeps in a tshirt and pjs and 2.5 tog and then the heating is on in his room all night but it feels so hot and yet anything less and he just can't sleep.

Does anyone else have a toddler like this and what do you put them in to sleep in? I tried adding a vest and having the room cooler and he g ot really cross and kept pulling at his chest as if it was uncomfortable.

DD is 'normal' as it were.

2.5 tog may not be enough for this weather imo, esp if it isa grobag that leaves his neck cold

dd (2yo) has a 4tog duvet hitched rigth up round her neck and sometimes asks to sleep with her dressing gown over her pyjamas
