Family counselling?

My brother and his family have been going through a rough patch the last year or so; shaky marriage, redundancy, 2 ds (age 5&6) constantly in trouble at school, SIL suffering from depression.... the list goes on.

I've suggested to him that they get some help from outside and my dad has agreed to pay for it. But I'm not sure where to start looking? Is family counselling the sort of thing I should be looking for? They've tried Relate for themselves but SIL didn't like the focus on her problems so they had to stop. I thought maybe if the focus was on the family dynamics and allieviating every day pressures, she might be ok with it?

Any advice on where to find some help would be appreciated. They live in the Aldershot area. Thanks.

we've had LOADS of family therapy via CAMHS (child and adolscent mental health service) and also through family social worker (and also when my daughter was an inpatient at a special unit) - they could ask social services (self refer) or the GP might be able to make a referral to somewhere appropriate?

Thanks. I've heard of CAMHS. I'll look into it.
