Hi, I bought a bag from an internet site, one month later the strap became unstitched therefor detatched from the bag. I sent the bag back and in their initial email they said that they were sorry but a replacement bag would be sent out in the next few days. It has now been a week and they are saying they will fix the strap, but this will take 2-3 weeks. This is a baby bag, therefor I need it for everyday use and is a real pain without it. Am I entitled to ask for A) A new bag that could be sent out straight away, or B) a refund.
