Today I will not shout or become impatient with my DC.

I noticed in the past couple of weeks that I have become rather shouty and I don't like it. It has just crept up on me really.

Today I will not shout or become impatient with my children for silly things or minor irritants.

I have been doing it since we woke up and we have had a lovely day so far. My dc are super happy and I feel like I am enjoying them again.

Anyone want to join me?

When I look at my DD all snuggled in bed asleep, I sometimes think I've been a bit too shouty with her and vow to be better the next day.

Sometimes it works and notice that she does what she's asked much better for it, but then other times after I've had perhaps ten odd hours of her constant chatterboxing it can get a bit fractious

It's when you don't notice you're doing it or don't bother trying that I see it as a problem!
