Things that work for the holidays...ideas thread anyone?

Just wanted to share really - my 6yo and 2yo have been at each others throats since Friday.

But one thing that is really working, is putting up a massive old tent in the garden - it's huge, has a few bits missing, really old, but was only about a tenner on ebay.

They are somehow finding the territorial nature of the house very hard but outside on neutral ground, things are better and quieter.




any other tips?

good old potato printing went down a treat here, we made wrapping paper.
