I hate myself, i just smacked DS1 (4.7) he wasn't even doing anything that bad in reflection, we had a cuddle and i said sorry, hes gone out now with our Community Nurse (it was schedlued, she didn't take him out because i hit him) i need to make sure it never happens again.

He has a hand print on him.

We all loose our temper sometimes but you need to think of a strategy to stop this from happening again, leaving the room works for me. It sounds like you are tired and stressed out at the moment. Could you talk to the community nurse when she comes back with ds?

I suppose i could talk to her, im ashaed i don't really want people i my life knowing. I must point ou it hasn't happened before.
I am tired but its no excuse of course.

Just fighting all day with my other DS its so constant and everything i ask him to do he just smirks and says no or plain ignores me.
I wont ever let it happen again i feel awful.

We all do things we regret I bet you are feeling awful. You are not the first person to do it remember that!! and your son will forget about it before you do.
Draw a line under it and promise yourself that it won't happen again.

It's a one off, it's really not easy raising a child, they just hand you your baby when you leave the hospital and your expected to know what to do, it's not like this though. Just learn from it, think about what you can do next time.

I think next time i shall just leave the room and breath deeply.

Im going to leave this now i want it to drop off active convos, i will learn from it and NEVER do it again.
