Feel Awful - despite best efforts to avoid my 8 week old appears to be developing my cold.

Pretty much as title says. Any ideas on what to so with a baby with the snuffles? How am I supposed to even try to sleep without being scared she cant breath properly/doesnt know how to breath solely out of her mouth (Ok I know I am irrational but I am a new mum to a very desperatly wanted little girl and I cant believe I am lucky enough to have her let alone believe nothing will go wrong)

Relax,it will be the first cold of manyIt is inevitable.As long as she is having plenty of bf/ff,isn't turning blue or excessively wheezy/struggling and seems Ok don't panic!She will be fine.Her immune system will be kicking in.

Thanks!! it doesnt help that she had her first jabs on thurs and I am only just over that panic

It is very scary,I agree.Esp the first few weeks/months,butbabies are very resilient
