18 week old baby waking through night!

Hello!

My 18 week old daughter had just started waking from 1am then every hour until morning. She has a great routine and goes down awake for naps and after her bath at about 6.30 in the evenings with little or no problems.
I have recently stopped breast feeding which I did gradually but the problems seem to have got worse since I stopped completly ( about two weeks ago). She did used to feed at night maybe once or twice but always went straight back to bed no probs.
I have tried dreamfeeding or feeding her when she wakes and she feeds goes down and then still wakes at one! I settle her in her crib and she goes down again only to wake an hour later. She sometimes has wind but not always. She likes sleeping on her side and sucks her thumb so I wondered if maybe she rolls on her back and can't get back onto her side herself?
We are totally stumped and shattered!
If anyone has any ideas they'd be very welcome!

Thank you!

Cut down her naps. Give her a half hour nap in the morning at around 10am and then a 2 hour nap at around 12.30. If she must fall asleep in the afternoon, then give her a 5min snooze BEFORE 3.30pm, any later than this and you'll struggle getting her to sleep.

What time do you put her to bed and what time do you wake her up?

Thanks for quick replies!

She goes to bed between 6 and 7pm.She has only recently started napping properly in the day. She has two 1 1/2 hour naps and a catnap in the afternoon.

She goes to sleep really well with no probs and sleeps up until midnight without a peep. I feed her then and then when she wakes after that I try to leave her to settle herself but eventually it becomes a cry so I'd rather nip it in the bud. I just roll her back on her side and help her find her thumb and she goes off again. Could it be that I am helping her too much? She has only started waking like this since I stopped breastfeeding. She used to only wake once or maybe twice for a feed before but I am now wondering if it was for comfort? I don't mind getting up in the night but every hour is sooo tiring! We tried moving her from her moses basket to cot to see if she was waking up through lack of space but that hasn't done anything.

There's never an easy answer! Thanks again for taking time to read my long message! I go on a bit!

Just an update!

I tried cutting down her naps and it definitely seems to help! Last night she went down at 6.30 ( she was shattered!) I gave her a dreamfeed at 11 and she slept through until 6.15 only waking at 12.30 for a bit with wind. Yay! I will stick with this and see if it continues!

Thanks so much for the advice
