Just a quick note to say I'm finding mumsnet a really useful source of information, so in the spirit of giving something back I thought I'd draw your attention to a web-site I found last week.
The thing I like about it was that it's been put together by a mum who like most of us wants our kids to eat better. It's easy to read, doesn't patronise you and provides free advice, tips and recipes. There are some great nutrition links and resources that you can access direct from the site e.g. the BBC nutrition homepage.
