Hi there, if you?re looking out for flexible childcare solutions, I suggest you to go in for a nanny share arrangement. I used the Nanny Share website and was able to find a family close by with similar childcare needs as mine. Together we hired a full time nanny to look after our children. Visit the site; it might be of help to you. Bye

In my experience, the websites dedicated to bringing together families to share nannies just don't have enough families registered outside of London - as I don't live London, they were therefore of no use to me. Any nanny worth his/her salt is registered with a nanny agency (who will have interviewed them and gathered references) and so I recommend you start there - that is how we found our nanny for two days a week. We were offered plenty of candidates to chose from (the recession means that nannies are being more flexible to maintain employment). I won't name any agencies here but if you Google 'nanny agencies' you'll find them or 'best bear' gets you to an organisation which lists many vetted agencies. Do consider a nanny share - it was the best thing we could have done for our little boy, allowing him to be at home and close to me while freeing me up to work.
