has anyone found it to help?

yes, absolutely. We have used cranial osteopathy for DS1 and 2 for variety of reasons (including baby sleep issues). What's the actual problem with baby's sleep?

She goes off to sleep ok, and can sleep for up to 7 hours at a stretch, but often doesn't. When she's teething she normally wakes every 45 minutes.

She almost always wakes for feeds at 2 and 4, which is fine really but she rarely settles well after 4am and this is a killer.

She's 8 months old. When she was newborn we did wake her to feed every 2 hours as she was slow to gain weight. I think we're in part living with the legacy of this.
