Newborn baby head support?

This is just a very quick question: I just bought a baby bouncer from a car boot sale and it doesn't have a newborn baby head support. Does this matter? Do newborns need a head support in these things? If so I'll make my own but if anyone can help that would be lovely

Could you share the one from your car seat?

Otherwise a long tea towel folded in half length ways and each end rolled towards the middle stopping when a hand width apart and each side stitched in the sausage shape hmm if that makes sense.

Thank you! A tea towel's a far better idea than the cobbled together bits of cardboard my dh was suggesting Sometimes we just over-complicate stuff!!
