Obviously we love them, but what do you like most about them?

DS1: He has a wicked sense of humour already, and LOVES being scared witless, which is very amusing. He always shares too, usually without being asked to.

DS2: He's only 8.5mths, but he's so affectionate it's lovely.

DS is so funny. Only 2.5 but developing a real sense of humour.
If Im upset or sad he comes and gives me a kiss and a hug and says "that will make you feel better mummy" [melting emoticon]

the backs of their necks.......sigh

and I like that I taught them to say "I wish to have...." chiefly for my own amusement and that they sit on the sofa watching Nickleodeon and when the ads come on they say "Oooh Fragrant Boy 1, I wish to have that for xmas"

DS is coming up 1 and has got this wicked, cheeky giggle usually reserved for one of our dogs. He still has milky vanilla breath if he's had a breastfeed before going to sleep [swoon]. And I love the way he pants really loudly when he's concentrating, so you can hear him causing trouble from the puffing noises behind the sofa .

I am sure he knows he can always win me round by putting his arms round my neck and patting my back.

The big huge face-splitting smile when I get in from work, complete with sparkly blue eyes and outstretched arms, that's the best though.

I love dd's smile (8 months) it lights up her whole face, when I go in her room in the morning she gives me the biggest grin, best part of the day

I love it when DS (2.6) says "ho han my" (hold hands mummy) which is his favorite thing atm.

ALso he has just discovered dunking his head in the pool backwards which he find shocking and hilarious in equal measures and his reastion makes me laugh so much I can hardly breathe sometimes!

DD 8 has a great sense of humour. She is wickedly funny and has me in stitches.

DS 4 is very brave and kind. If a younger child cries at preschool, he goes to look after them, even though his little group of friends say they "dont like babies"

DS1, his sensitivity and thoughtfulness. How he looks after his younger brother

DS2, his sense of humour and general cuddliness.

Both are very affectionate and loving and call me their beautiful princess.

DS1 is incredibley optimistic and always up for getting involved and trying something new. Can backfire on me though eg, me: if you take that train off your brother again I will put the trainset away ds1(sunnily): that's OK, I can play with my cars!

DS2 is only wee but is very affectionate and always clowning around to make people laugh.

dd is currently throwing buliding blokes down the stairs after being told not to hit ds with them so you'll have to give me a minute on her.......

ds (2 at the end of the month) is sooo cuddly and loving, he always says 'sorry mommy' and 'thank you mommy' in this really chirpy little voice and he has the cutest damn bum on the planet. his skin smells nice and he does really cute faces when he's having his morning feed

[10 mins later]

dd (3) has just broken the chest of drawers in my room..... one of only 3 pieces of furniture we actually own........ i'm sure i'll think of something soon

[20 mins later]

ok, here goes.... she can be very affectionate and caring... yesterday when ds was asleep in her bed she went in to give him a kiss to help him sleep. she pats me on the back and asks me if i'm ok every time i cough. she's clever (when she wants to be) and good at figuring things out. she's stubborn and wilful but imaginative as hell and great at making up games (she's pretending to be a baby marmusate (sp?) right now!

dd1 - is so kind and a strong sense of right and wrong, she's funny.

dd2 - is very happy in her own skin, confident and makes friends easily.

DD has a kind heart and is extremely loving, bright and chatty. She has a tiny heart shaped pretty face and huge blue eyes.

DS is a cheeky little sod but so cute you can't help but love him. He looks like a cross between Noddy and Curious George! (Got the monkey genes from his father I fear!)

ds1 has shaggy hair and a feral streak and gives a wicked sideways look just before he runs away from me! (8 yrs, autistic)

ds2 (5)looks after his brother and sister, is really kind and knows absolutely everything about animals and I love his questions and explanations.

dd (3)is a little madam but is very funny when she gets all stompy and says 'I am not grumpy'. She still fits nicely in my arms when we snuggle too.

I love the way DD (only 4months) plays with my hair, she seems amazed by it. Oh and when she wakes up in the morning she giggles, so most mornings that is what I wake to

God I'm smitten

A myriad things but today's is that he is so sweetly careful....we were just doing some rough and tumble type play and he stopped, carefully took my glasses off and put them down and said 'I just taking your glasses off because I don't want to break them'

Bless him. He's only just turned three the other week, mind you he was born careful.

DS, aged 3, put his little hand on my arm and said "mummy, that top's pretty. You look very beautiful".
Also has a toilet sense of humour and gives himself great belly-laughs.
I sometimes hear him whispering to his sister that he loves her (she's 3 months old).
DD smiles ALL the time. Well, most of it.
I'm so lucky.
