Localised jab reaction - 1 year old

We had a day of fever and upset after them, now back to normal however one leg looks like this.

Doesn’t stop him from motoring around etc but if I touch it he does complain a little.

Does this look normal?

Yes normal. My ds had similar. Will go down in a few days.
