Start using Mumsnet PremiumBaby stopper sleeping
(3 Posts)4.5 month old baby was doing really well napping and sleeping but as of two weeks ago is waking up 5-8 times in the night and I'm struggling to get him to nap. Kicks off when I put him in his crib during the day. He's EBF and putting on weight well. Has some ezcema.
Advice welcomed. Am losing my mind through exhaustion
You could try tings such as warming the crib up before putting him down and various other tricks but I co sleep with mine from the first wake up and she just feeds when she wants. In the day she sleeps in the pram or sling, occasionally her chair.
Sounds like the 4 months sleep regression. I’m afraid I’m a one tricky pony when comes to sleep, cosleep over night, sling during the day or push in pram are my only suggestion.
