Routine of 1 year old?

Recently have been transitioned onto cows milk, with formula our routine was:
7am wake- 7oz formula
8am breakfast
9:30 nap
10am wake up
12pm lunch
1pm 6oz bottle
1:30 nap
3pm wake and snack
5:30 dinner
6:30-7pm milk 7oz and bed

Was hoping to swap to having her breakfast first thing and reduce her bottles to drinking a cup of milk with breakfast so hoping she eats more solids throughout the day. Just wondering of your 1 year old routine? Thanks

18 months old
7 - wake, bf
7.39 breakfast
9.30 snack
11.30 lunch
12.15 - 1.45 nap with bf either before or after
2.30 snack with hot chocolate (recommend by her dietitian)
5.00 dinner
7.30 bf to sleep

At the moment she has a couple of bf a day and what feels like a million a night. A couple of months ago this was only 2 needs a night in addition to the ones listed earlier.

12m old. At the moment our days look like:

8.00 Wake up
8.30 Breakfast and cup of milk
12.00 Lunch with water
12.45 Nap
15.45 Cup of milk and fruit if hungry
18.15 Dinner with water
19.15 Bottle of milk
20.00 Bed

We transitioned from morning bottle and then breakfast to just breakfast very easily. No complaints from DS. We still have bedtime bottle but have it before his teeth are brushed so I'm not in any rush to stop it.
