DS is almost 7 months old. He sleeps fairly well. Last night, for example, he had a little moan at 5. I didn’t go in and he fell back to sleep on his own at 515 or so.
In the mornings he will wake but will chatter to himself, not cry. He usually gets up at 6 or so. This morning I woke up with a jolt at 830 as it was so late. He was just lying in his crib looking around, and squawked / cried when he saw me.
I feel really guilty that he’s been awake on his own - does it matter? Added problem is that we are still basing his schedule on awake cycles and I really have no idea when he woke up.
I realise it’s not the worst baby sleep problem you can have but has anyone had similar?
