Start using Mumsnet Premium3 car seats across in a kadjar?
(5 Posts)Hi
Has anyone managed to fit 3 car seats across the back of a kadjar (2019). Children will be 6,4 and newborn.
Thanks
I don’t think it’s possible to get 3 across in a kadjar, sorry. Would it be worth putting one in the front, maybe the baby so long as the air bag is disabled.
There are quite a lot of cars with three equally sized seats across the back now. We had to get one when we had our third child. We've had a Ford S-Max and a Citroen C4 Picasso but there are many more.
Thank you for the responses. Unfortunately I cannot change my car for another 18 months due to finance. Baby can go in front. Just wanted to see if it was possible across the back
I had a look on the car seat pages for you with 3 across the back and the admins on the page have said that it’s not possible. I would put the baby in the front with the airbag off as a rear facing seat in the front is safer than a forward facing seat. Although if you have an older child in a rear facing seat then I would put them in the front first. Hope you get sorted!🙂
