(2 Posts)My DS is very sensitive, he has been in tears about going to school as his teacher has been reading a story that he find scary. I have spoken to the teacher and she is no longer going to read this story. He was sobbing the other day when I read him a sad story so it is not just scary things.
I am pleased he has a sensitive side, he is exactly like his dad. I just wonder if anyone has any tips on how to deal with this to make his life easier as going forward I am not so sure he is always going to find people as accommodating as his teacher and this is something he may need some coping strategies for.
Bump.
