Husband intoxicated with baby. AIBU?

Hi, On Thursday night I was out and my husband was home with our 2 year old. When I got back he was drunk, nothing new. I went to bed and left him in his office playing online poker. I left the house for work at 6:30 the next morning and he was asleep on the office floor snoring his head off with his poker games expired due to inactivity. Half way to work I came to my senses. What on earth was I thinking leaving an intoxicated person with my baby, even if it was my husband. I rushed home and got back at 9:30, my husband hadn’t answered any calls or read my messages but had managed to drag himself upstairs. It was only then I realised what he was using as a”pillow” was in fact a bag of tools which contained a hammer and screws etc. He clearly passed out... Our toddler without fail always shouts up to us in the morning relentlessly and wakes us up so my husband clearly didn’t hear him. I got my son out of bed and by 11am my husband was still asleep... he didn’t hear a single thing. In the end his mother came round and woke him up. He was very confused and said it was the strangest wake up call ever and wouldn’t talk to us. He was in a foul mood. He’s behaving like I’m overreacting or being neurotic. Am I? This follows on from a post I did a while ago in December last year where he had left our toddler in bed to fetch more alcohol AFTER drinking a bottle of wine. I feel angry with him, but also sad for him. His father was like this too. Im partial to a drink so he always throws that back in my face and I don’t have a leg to stand on even though I stay within the recommended amount, only more if I’ve actually gone out but that’s rare. How do I deal with this? Please help.
