Puking 11 week old off his food

Hi has anyone got any advice please? My normally hungry 11 week old threw up a huge amount yesterday and has been off his food since, he was awake since 1am but then napped just now for 2 hours after taking only half his usual 7.00 feed (very slowly!) he’s not got a temperature but is crying more than normal and it’s pretty high pitched!
