Baby poo!!

Hello, my little girl is 10 days old and for
The last couple of days has been quite unsettled. I’ve put it down to the warm weather but I’ve noticed her poo’s are really thick like a tooth paste consistency but are yellow. She is exclusively breastfed is this normal I just remember with my other 2 children they were a lot runnier than this!
