Feeding support in north east?

My DD is 4 weeks old and has not tolerated her formula since birth. She started off on aptimil pro futura but was sick after most feeds, sometimes bringing up full bottles. We were then advised to move onto aptimil anti reflux which she holds down but became constipated with. After both feeds using each formula, LO looks extremely uncomfortable. She sticks her tongue out as if she is going to be sick, brings her feet up to her chest, cries and curls up into a ball. It is extremely distressing. She does eventually settle but I don't want to put her through this anymore. We have mentioned this to HV and have been to GP who both don't seem too concerned. They tell me it's early days, she's still getting used to things and as she us putting on weight and has plenty wet nappies then that's apparently all that matters. They just keep telling me its 'trial and error'! I would love some expert advice and would pay for someone to observe our feedings and get to the bottom of the problem. Does anyone have any advice or know of anyone, similar to a lactation consultant, who can provide support for formula fed babies? I'm at my wits end!
