Fungal rash help

Hi there just wondering if anyone has any experience / advice.
My little girl is 18 months about Oct last year she got hand foot and mouth and then impetigo poor thing it was everywhere (a bad case gp said) but it cleared with antibiotics and a few weeks healing but she was left with a small round skin rash about size of 2p piece on her pubic bone area... anyway over time this area has gradually got worse then better then bigger and bigger so now it's probably 6 x the size. Still round in appearance. We have tried anti fungal creams with go advice but only thing that works is when there combined with hydrocortisone which clears it completely but then it comes back as soon as the hydrocortisone stops. It doesn't get any better with fungal cream alone.
Went back to another go last week who said he doesn't think it is fungal and it's dermatitis but it's just not responding to anything but hydrocortisone and it just keeps getting worse.

We have tried using barrier cream with every nappy change and changing nappy really regular but nothing is getting rid of the actual problem..

Anyone had anything similar?
Thanks

I’d go back again. Ideally yiu need to know what the rash is and if she’s allergic to something yiu are using or something she’s eating.
