This morning DD (4) picked up the omega 3 capsule I was about to take, promptly squeezed it and it popped onto her face and chest. It must have been full of cod liver oil, of which she now reeks.
I put her in the bath, soaped her hair, face and body twice. Still ponged. Chucked in a Lush bath bomb in an attempt to at least out-stench the stench. All of the essential oils in the world clearly not enough to counteract cod liver. We've been out for a walk in the lovely fresh air which I hoped would air her out. We're back now and she's stinking out the house.
Has she lost her lovely toddler smell forever? Aside from that I wince whenever she's near the naice sofa...
Any tips for de-stinking a child?
