Best highchair for cleaning?

Hi, I’m looking for a highchair that is easy to clean but also safe and comfortable for baby. Please recommend any you have found good? I currently have a Mothercare teddy toybox highchair and find it a nightmare to clean and ds gets too hot in it and the cushioning doesn’t give him enough room to move.

Please recommend some ideas,
I’m currently considering the 3 in 1 ingenuity but not sure if it looks very sturdy.

My only concern with the antilop was the 3 point harness? Is this safe? My ds is a wiggle worm. Also is it comfortable enough for baby?

IKEA antilop. A wipe down after each meal and in the dishwasher once a week for a proper clean

Neither wriggler got out of the harness and there were no complaints about comfort.

We used the Antilop with Ds till he was over 2 when he was dinky we used the blow up cushion to keep him in. We never even put the straps in 🙈 and it was fine! Not that I suggest you do that!

I’m leaning towards Ikea due to the comments; it’s also appealing that it’s so cheap considering I’m replacing the one I already have that we don’t like. Has anybody tried the 3 in 1 ingenuity smart clean?

Cookie I love eBay it’s similar the the 4mom but well out my price range. The closest I can find is the ingenuity.

Perfectly comfortable. There's an insert you can get for little babies which makes it a snug fit. The harness is fine. Babies tend to shrug off shoulder straps as soon as they work out how anyway, it's restricting and they all like to lean forward.

999th vote for the Ikea Antilop. If you want to try before you buy, most cafes seem to have them!

I've got a mothercare one that is almost exactly the same as the antilop, but has a 3 point harness. But a quick look on the mothercare site and I can't find it. eBay might find one!

Rat I like your thinking! I’m off to ikea tomorrow and it’ll be a good travel highchair if nothing else. I have a feeling I’ll be using it as ds’s permanent highchair and sticking the cushioned £60 nightmare Mothercare highchair on eBay!

Ikea Antilop for us too. It was great, easy to clean, light to move around and easily packable to shove in the boot when on the move

Thanks it’s just alittle to similar to the Ikea one which is only £14 from new. If I was going to pay the same or more than my current one i’d go ingenuity or something.

I’m sick of wasting money on baby products I don’t use or we don’t like. Ikea it is. Thanks everyone. Going tomorrow to get the almighty Antelop. Can’t wait to ditch my Mothercare monstrosity; £60 down the drain.
