3 year old not sleeping through the night

I’m reaching the end of my tether!

3 year old dd has rarely stayed in her own bed through the night since she moved from cot bed to her big girl bed.

Typical night involves her going to bed about 8pm and the a mid night “I need a pee” wake up call followed by either a request for me to come into her bed and snuggle or for her to come into our bed or tears because she can’t find her teddy or demands for a drink. Then 6am rolls in and she’s up demanding breakfast.

How do we tackle this? We tried reward charts for toilet training but she wasn’t interested- If there isn’t immediate gratification she isn’t interested.

Or do we just tough it out for a few weeks and deal with the tears and tantrums until she realises she won’t get what she wants anymore?

I’d do pull ups if she can’t handle wees overnight

She is perfectly capable of going for a pee herself - and does so all day. At night its like it’s just an excuse to wake me up (she loves having mummy’s attention and barely gives me a minutes peace even during the day)

We have a nearly 3 year old who won't sleep all night and ends up in our bed or the spare bed with one of us every night. We go in put her on a potty for a wee about half 10 and she goes back to sleep in her bed fine.
She then wakes about 1 wanting to come in with us and will cry and cry if we don't let her.
She is confident but can be clingy and needs a lot of attention. She got more clingy while I was pregnant so that's why we are in this situation I think.
Sorry not got a lot of advise but we are hoping to be tough when she moves bedrooms and gets a single bed and the just not letting her in our bed.
Think you will just have to be tough for a while. Hope it works. Would be interested to see if it does. X
