Awful neighbours and my noisey child....

Hi ladies, I have a 2 year old who sleeps from 7 till about 6 ish. He's a typical boy who's loud and causes havoc everywhere. My next door neighbours have 3 kids , a teen , a toddler , and a new ish born. So every morning my boy wakes up shouting or making some noise for me.. I work night shifts and maybe days but sometimes more night shifts, My other half works long days and leaves early. But anyway everyone morning my son plays in his room and when he's ready he will wake me up by shouting for me usually I get up instantly but I've been on nights for 3 weeks or more so haven't heard him straight away the past few days so have been woken up to my neighbour and her kids banging on my bedroom wall calling me a shit mum and saying my little boy shouldn't be getting up so early... fun fact for you last summer her kids woke her up earlier for once and she screamed shut the fuck up at them because she had work next week.. this was a Saturday morning lol honestly I hate the women she's messed up in the head from the weed she smokes. She leaves her kid outside screaming all hours of the night. But anyway how can I prevent her from banging on the wall anymore? As I've tried putting a tv in his room I've tried putting him in bed with me and going downstairs but she just continues to bang and slag me off I feel so drained from being tired too

I wish I could :( she's over crowding her house technically anyway as she's got 3 girls herself and her other half in a two bedroom house then on weekends his two other sons sleep over... oh but that's fine they can make all the noise they want at midnight when they're all playing family games lol yet my sons shouts yeah in the morning and I'm the shit mum as she says it 😂 does my head in lol
