Poorly baby doesn't want to feed

My DS is 9 weeks, after each feed yesterday he was sick, he also had diarrhoea in the evening. Today he seems more like himself, normal nappies and hasn't been sick. He is BF.

He doesn't seem to have much of an appetite though which is worrying me. He has had four four-five minute feeds today, and isn't interested in anything more. He usually feeds for 13-20 minutes at a time. He is waking up for his feeds and showing normal hunger cues.

HV said he might have a cold and that's why he is having smaller feeds, but I don't believe that to be the case.

Does anyone have any experience of this? How long would you wait before seeing if his feeds pick up?

Is he peeing? It's the main thing to watch out for. He needs to be hydrated...no food/milk for a few days is not harmful but not peeing is.
