Child Safety Wristbands

Hello everyone!

I am a 20 year old University student studying Product Design. For one of my modules, I am re-designing a child safety scheme for the beach and would love to hear your opinions about the current safety schemes available.
Wristband schemes are available on a number of beaches in the UK, however, I would like to know if you were aware beaches operated a wristband scheme and if you would use it for your children.

In addition, I would love to know what factors would encourage your child to wear a wristband and what factors would increase their awareness of staying safe on the beach in a child friendly way?
