My one year old will not eat veg

HELP!! As the post title suggests, I have a one year old who will not eat veg! I’m finding it hard to make sure she gets a balanced diet. I’ve tried so many options and she doesn’t even try it, just throws it on the floor. Tonight’s dinner has consisted of mashed carrot/swede, broccoli, carrot fingers and sausage. She will only eat the sausage. She’s just picked up the mash and chucked it.
People have suggested pasta sauces with hidden veg, but she won’t eat it. She’ll only eat pasta with red pesto. I’m constantly trying to out some veg on her plate at each meal. But it’s the same every time!
Carrot sticks, cucumber, pepper all get thrown. The only things she’ll happily eat is tomato and technically that’s a fruit!
I’ve tried ignoring her in the hope that she’ll try something if I’m not watching... fail!!
Any advice? Tips?

You really need to calm down. She is 1 year old and at the very very beginning of her relationship with food. She will do a lot of experimenting and refusal before she settles into knowing what she likes and what she doesn’t. Don’t panic. She will be getting enough to keep her going. Keep setting the food down and ignoring any whingeing or throwing of food. It’s a phase, a well known one. Babies enjoy watching things drop. Seriously, if you make a big deal out of this now you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of food battles. Ignore it and she will go through all the phases normally and come out the other side eating what you give her (it takes a few years!)

She'll get there eventually. Have you tried cheat vegetables like creamed sweet corn or beetroot? I think that the first step is to figure out what she doesn't like about veg-is it the taste? The texture? The fact that it is cooked? The smell? My DS2 hated all fruit and veg until all his teeth came through because he couldn't chew it properly. He's slowly coming around now.

Have you tried spoon feeding her the veg before giving her the sausage?

Mine is the same - won't touch a single vegetable and won't be spoon fed either so mash/sauces aren't an option. Honestly, I don't stress about it. I was a fussy eater myself as a child (we're talking, I'd only eat a handful of different foods) and I'll now eat virtually anything. My mum never pressured me and in the end I "came good" on my own. What I do do is give her toddler milk rather than cows milk as it contains a wider range of vits, etc. It's not a long-term solution but it makes me feel better and therefore dinner time isn't so stressful for either of us.
